If I connect to a 4.53 Public Events Server (Apple G4, OSX 10.4.11) and I get the status "data needs repair" how should I proceed?
This status existed for several hours, then changed to "public events up to date" Why would this come and go without intervention? Is this is symptom of corruption, or some network issue?
I have the same problem. Since all my categories are on the server, rather than trusting any repair method I simply made a new calendar file and recreated my sets. That worked great for a few minutes, then I got "data needs repair" again. "last update" is "never". However, it appears that all my appointments are there, I just have to avoid looking at the server status. I'm rather used to that, since on the server itself it's been known to say "down" for months at a time even though it works.
