How do I resize Detail Layout fields in Now Contact 5 so I can see everything in the field? For instance, if someone's title is Vice President, I can see it easily. But if their title is Vice President, Corporate Communications and Marketing, I can hardly see any of it without using the right arrow key. Dragging the lower right corner only makes the Photo, Notes and Keyword fields bigger, but it has no effect on the bulk of the fields. I have a number of fields, especially my custom fields with a lot of information, I just can't see it without extra effort. Is there a simple answer? I've search, but I can't find one.

Sorry, but unless there's a trick I've never discovered or heard of, there's no way to increase the size of the field displays. The only way I know of to see more text is go to a smaller/narrower font.

I asked awhile back as well for this ability and yes it doesn’t exist.

I was told Nighthawk will allow for this resizing of field information - especially important with ever increasing HD monitors/screens. I have to use a larger font just to read the text in Now Contact on my 17” MacBook Pro.

Thanks, Dave and CVB, for your replies. I've also discovered through discussions with Now that it's impossible to do what I want with Now Contact, but that it will be possible with NightHawk.

I've been using Now Contact since 1995 (V2. something) and upgraded to 3.5 awhile back in the mid/late 1990's and worked great under OS9, and am finally upgrading to 5.3.2, trying out the demo now that my databases have been updated to work with v5. I still prefer the look of v3.5.
