In Now Contact, under Define > List Layouts, add 'Mod Date/Time' to the list layout. Then 'OK' out and you can sort by it from the header in the List View.

Thank you, sorry I missed it. The reason for asking is that I have a Now Contact file that somehow has got corrupted. Some of the first 'phone numbers have got swapped around. So I thought I would go back to the oldest backup I have, having first made a export of the file sorted by date modified. Then I could look to see which records need verifying. However, I have noticed that when sorting the list view by modified date I can click into the detail view and get a different date, any thoughts?
