How do I set default for Calendar entries to PUBLIC?
I have reset a PublicEvent Server, inported text file with calendar info, converted these entries to be Public, but every new entry defaults to a Personal category. I only want Public entries on the office diary...
How do I set default for Calendar entries to PUBLIC?
I have reset a PublicEvent Server, inported text file with calendar info, converted these entries to be Public, but every new entry defaults to a Personal category. I only want Public entries on the office diary...
Help?
In Now Up-to-Date go to the Now Up-to-Date menu and then Preferences > Appointments(and the other Event types) to set the default category.

But keep an eye on it. It is our experience with OS 10.5.5 on MacBooks that the default regresses to "Local (Private)" when it feels like it so it will not then synch to the server. Sad
Never been able to figure it out - it just happens.
