I'm using Leopard with Now v. 5.3.2 and we have three computers hooked up to the Now Server. I had to reboot the main computer today and now I get a message in the bottom panel saying "Looking for Contacts" so it seems to be stuck. The Server Manager is running and I have tried updating Server Connections several times, rebooting the computer several times and quitting Now Contacts several times -- all to no avail. Can anyone help?
Thanks!

To make sure it's not a Bonjour issue, ry typing in the IP address by hand. To do this, do the following: <P>
- Open up Now Server Manager and write down the IP address and port number.<BR> - Then go into Now Up-to-Date / Now Contact <BR> - Go to Server > Server Connections<BR> - Select the servers you may have listed and click '-' to delete them. <BR> - Click the '+' to add a new connection<BR> - From the drop down menu at the top of the window which pops up, select "IP Address" instead of "Bonjour"<BR> - Type in a name for the server and the IP address and port number which you just wrote down.<BR> - Click "add" and close out of that window and click "update servers" again and see how it works.

I followed your advice and tried to find out if our server was connected through Bonjour. It isn't. As a result, we got booted off the server altogether and I was forced to get a professional technician to get us back on to it. I just had to reboot the computer and now it's not working AGAIN!! This is very frustrating. The Now Contact keeps "Looking for Create Now! Contacts," and not accessing the server at all.
We are using a program called No-IP Dynamic Updater which our tech said that we needed. Since he is the person who got me to use Now and got us onto the server, I trust him when he says that this software is essential for our computer system.
Can you please tell me what to do to get us back on the server? Thanks!
