Help! A friend is using Now Contact and needs to do a mail merge. Her version of Microsoft Word is on her Windows side. She doesn't have the templates available that I do and we are trying to figure out if there is a way to make this work.
The most simple method that comes to mind would be a tab/comma delimited file exported from NOW and then field mapped into Outlook. This would then allow her to use the standard mail merge functions of Word using the address book.
