Can someone tell me a way of easily importing iCal appointments that have been emailed to me. I get them constantly and just want to absorb them straight into NUTD. Thanks.

Ive missed several important appointments because I forgot to turn on an alarm for the appointment in ICal. Id like the default to be that an alarm goes off automatically for each appointment unless I turn it off. How do I set this up?

Drag the file from your email to your Desktop. Then, in Now Up-to-Date, go to File > Import iCalendar file... Then you can choose the file from your desktop and import it right in.
