Could you rush whatever script workaround exists to "burns@crystal.harvard.edu" ? Some of my colleagues use this on OSX Tiger Macs at Harvard Medical School; this has caused quite a bit of trouble.
I was just about to place a phone call, but found this forum.

I have the same problem with the error code mentioned by all the previous posters.
Could I trouble you to also send me the 3 scripts - and since so many other people are experiencing this problem is there some reason these scripts aren't just posted for anyone who needs them to download themselves?

After doing a system upgrade, I'm now getting this message:
Contact appears to be damaged and should be reinstalled from the original installer. Error -193
I've reinstalled (after deleting all files,running the uninstaller, and then restarting) but it's still showing the same error message. May I please have the scripts that solve this problem? Thanks! alfrancis_1999 AT yahoo.com
