…I have a Contact up in its own window. I just want to dump the entire contents of that Contact to a text file. Don't care about formatting. So, what button do I click on to make this happen?
I’m running v5.3.1, but this was applicable to some (if not many) previous versions: Whether the Contact has its Detail window open or is just selected in a list, you can use Edit->Copy Contact Info->[subordinate menu with what you want copied]—followed by a paste into the word processor. In my subordinate menu, there’s an “All” which, I believe, was there by default, but if not, you can use Preferences->Copying Contacts to define it or any subset you want.
