How do I put a photo/logo into my label template?

From p181 of Take Control of Now Up-to-Date & Contact(1.0.1):

• If you’re editing an Address Book, Label, or Envelope template,
graphics can be placed arbitrarily anywhere on the page—but only
PICT graphics are supported. In these layout types, you can resize
graphics proportionally or drag them to other positions, and the
toolbar includes the following additional buttons: Selection Tool,
Text Tool, Line Tool, Rectangle Tool, Rounded Rectangle Tool,
USPS Barcode Tool, Set Line or Frame Size, Send to Front, and
Send to Back.
