Made some wings tonight and wow..the sauce was PERFECT. If I do say so myself!
I use the smaller chicken wings, usually an inch to an inch and a half in length. put salt/pepper on them, then pour Frank's RedHot Sauce (Buffalo sauce and Sweet Heat Sauce) over the wings, along with some honey. I mix it all together in the pan with the wings. The pan I use is those glass baking dishes.
Throw it in the oven at 375 for an hour (uncovered) and you are done! No measuring...just add what you think. But make sure there is plenty of sauce to keep the wings from drying out. I would have pictures but we ate them all! hehe
I remember long ago Buffalo Wild Wings was the yuppy thing to order Then allot of places started to covert Buffalo Wild Wings into their own recipes which some where good and others , a real nightmare and they dropped the Buffalo tag all together , just call them Hot Wings .
I tried them; Boiled then sauced over <- Yuck Baked with sauce <-- not bad , pretty good depending on sauce . BBQ with sauce <-- certainly different not bad . Deep fried with light flour bath <-- love the texture and with a good sauce a winner
