My wife LOVES the iPod Touch because she can do the simple things on it (surf the web, mail, facebook, play games) and stick it in her pocket when she has to work. This thing can't be stuck in a pocket. Set it down somewhere and you have to keep your eyes on it.

As for movies, I watch them all the time on mine and so does my wife and son. But, I do see the advantage of having one for a trip. Then again, a laptop does the same thing and more....for only $300 more than the top iPad wifi one.

They should be dropping the (i) tag I prefer a real book over the e-books anyday _________________________
