When using the quick reply box, I notice that the default reply is to the last user to post. If I haven't selectively replied to that user's post, shouldn't my default reply be to the individual who started the topic?

In threaded mode it's that way, but in flat mode it replies to the last post on the page.

I don't know if there is a switch that Neil can flip to change any of that.

Well, it states a reply to the topic in boldface type, then in brackets, a reply to a specific user. I'll check my forum settings to see if that changes between modes. There are still a few settings I'm getting to know better...

Okay, I'm in flat mode. I'll switch and see what happens...
