They supply all the tools necessary with the battery, and pretty detailed instructions. Took me all of 10 minutes to replace the battery in my old 20gig 3rd Gen with a bigger one. There's a video there showing how easy it is to replace the battery in the mini too.
Hint: don't select the largest battery capacity. Select the standard battery, when you checkout they'll offer the larger capacity battery for only a few bucks more.
