Fortunately I'm lightyears ahead of my kids in every aspect of computing. I was new to texting but now I'm on board with that. My 14 year old son is learning Photoshop now, it's a high school course Communication Graphics. He dabbled with it for years at home so he is way ahead of the others. If I could just get him interested in math.
I am helping the bosses daughter with a college Flash project. I hate Flash. I started with Director then learned Flash. But Flash development is moving so fast I can barely keep up. And I've done some pretty complicated stuff. I never dreamed back in high school being an "artist" would mean learning boolean algebra, html and actionscript...sheesh.
