So my young, tech-savvy, super-connected son calls me a few minutes ago. He's got a project for school to put up a web page and for some reason it's not working. So old fart daddy figures it out for him. Gray's good!

LOL. And I've got the flip side going on here. Semi-tech savvy dad -- who is having to do ever more interactive work for his clients -- has never had the time to conquer the learning curve for Flash and Dreamweaver. So I either subcontract it, or run PageMill (long out of publication) and an ancient version of Fireworks in Classic. Yesterday, my 16-yo tells me they're learning Flash and Dreamweaver at school!
Come here, little one, sit at your father's knee, and teach him a thing or three!

I feel for you on Flash. I made one (1) Flash movie and that's it. On the other hand, it was kind of fun. We have this bad habit on the part of the grounds folks at school. They'll do the noisiest of groundskeeping right at the height of class time and closest to the classroom buildings. One day in a Fall many years ago, after it had rained steadily for two days and all the leaves were almost literally cemented to the pavement and sidewalks, they decided to have a leaf-blowing extravaganza. Drove me up a wall. So I made a Flash movie of a leaf blower going back and forth over the same little space of ground over and over and over, with a VERY noisy sound track, and posted the url for everyone at school to access. It didn't accomplish anything, but was fun to do.
