777 n00b Registered: 11/28/09 Posts: 1	My 2008 Power Mac is freezing up when I attempt to download photos into CS4. I have had the same problem when using iPhoto in the past.

Are you downloading from the camera via cable... or are you downloading from a card reader? When was the last time the card was formatted? Is your camera's firmware up-to-date?
