Fixing the turkey watch out for the plastic thingie that holds the legs together...use to be they used wire...this byrd had a plastic loop around the legs that was passed thru the body and from one side to the other, and also pressed into the interior bones....would not want to cook it with the turkey....took some 'effort to get the plastic to come out...dont know if all brands use the plastic bands..makes a neat handle when moving the bird before cooking
