. Rats!!! I like watching some of those dumb criminal shows on truTV. Now I am personally involved with one.
Yesterday a contractor put new tile in my bathroom. He's reliable but he brought along a young kid in his early twenties.
Turns out the kid rifled through my dresser drawers and took 300 dollars cash and my debit card. He used my debit card six times within 45 minutes after he left. I don't if the police will have enough information to hang him. For 300 dollars he is now out of a job. Just how blatant and stupid can you be?! Phooey!
Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.
I use to keep money around for emergencies.....hidden here and there... daughters friends found it....or she found it...or the construction guy's crew found it.....wife thinks I spent it and just forgot...nope...so now even though its a pain in the back sides every penny goes in the bank....loss was not all that much but the thought of someone family or not was going thru drawers, etc.....hiding it in Mason jars risky too
Leave change in the trucks console?...not any more someone got me for the pennies left there.....left the stereo..took the pennies....oh and busted the door lock in the process....
