Actually, Jobs saved friggin' MS. Really, where the hell else would they have ripped off everything that almost makes their software barely palatable for public consumption. Gates should be thanking Jobs.
Remember that TV movie, Pirates of Silicon Valley? Dumb title, but it was a pretty good watch. It ended with Gates and Jobs, and Jobs was fondling a Mac (I think, it was a long time ago).
Jobs: Ours is better.
Gates: You don't get it. It doesn't matter.
Flash forward ~ Yeah, it does matter. A whole friggin' lot.
