Emac: G4 800 Mhz 250 GiG Hard Drive 1 GiG Ram running mac os x 10.5.7 using leopard assist
G3 Pismo PowerBook (FireWire): G3 333 MHZ 512 Meg's of Ram 100 gig hard drive running mac os x 10.4.11
Now i am currently trying to network these two machines to each other because i take my powerbook with me when i go on trips to store my photo's from my trips i would like to be able to network the g3 to the g4 to be able to transfer files as the g3 doesn't have a fast enough processor to edit photo's nor run iphoto latest version.
Is there a good tutorial somewhere for this because the apple web site tutorial is garbage it only explains if you are networking two machines with the same os.
