I've never attempted a case or hardware mod before, but I have the machines mentioned in the subject line collecting dust. They all are stock except for RAM upgrades and are running fine. I'd like to know if I can salvage parts from the 3 to make one machine that will act as a jukebox running some version of OS X, or to build the clear case mod.
Are they the beige models? I had a blast modding and upgrading one of those. The rest could go to charity or a school. Don't toss them out, that would be a waste.
