I'm sure someone else has noticed this by now... I just saw this for my self when I was at Best Buy the other day wasting time.

I decided to look at the system profiler for the the new Uni-body MBP. Under graphics and displays it showed an nVidia GeForce 9400M with 256MB on a PCI bus driving the LCD. It also showed a 2nd nVidia GeForce 9600M with 512MB on a PCI-e bus to drive an external display. That initially shocked me, as I believe the dual graphics chips sets is a first for an Apple Laptop. This only lasted a brief moment when I noticed that each graphics chip set was reporting dual heads.

So my question is, rhetorically of course, 'How do I hook up three more displays to that SUMMABITCH?' Cause me wanty.

Unfortunately, AFAIK, Mac OSX does not have native support for screen spanning.

It's nice to daydream sometimes
