Anyone know if the Mac Mini logicboard supports the Core 2 QUAD? You'd have to have uber cooling and the case would have to be modified of course. But is it possible? That is the quandary I place before the forum.

I doubt it would work since the pin configuration would be different, plus the Core 2 Quad front side bus is higher than the Core Solo and Core Duo for the Mini. Another note is that the Intel Mini's run a laptop cpu vs the desktop or server cpu you are thinking of.
