This is my Power Mac G3, and I call it Empire. It was finally just warm enough to spray paint. I had the plastic off since December, so one can only imagine how anxious I was to get out and spray paint. This is my first time doing a serious spray paint job. I think it turned out alright. The Spray paint colors are Ultra-Flat Krylon Camouflage Olive Green and ColorPlace interior/exterior Flat White Paint. Other Specs: -PowerLogix G3 ZIF 1 GHZ Upgrade, running at 1.1 GHZ -1 GB Ram -ATI Technologies RADEON 9200 128MB Mac Edition -Seagate Barracuda 80 GB 7200 RPM -Seagate Barracuda 160 GB 7200 RPM -Pioneer DVD-RW -Zip 100 - It came with it so I left it in... -Codegen 550W PSU, Actually is working quite nicely. I bought this for when I get more HDDs. -10.4.9 (Downgraded until the PowerLogix Upgrade can support 10.4.11)
As one can see, I spent a lot of money on a computer that originally cost me $15. I probably could have boughten a nice G4 with what I have spent on this computer, but seriously what's the fun in that?
Anyways, on to the pictures. It looks really nice. I love the flat paint you used on the case while leaving the white to pop through. I can't tell if you took the time to peal the sticker from the back I/O panel, but if you did kudos! That was always a pain when doing a B&W.

I had a real hard time deciding if I should paint the screws or not. On one hand, it would match the Apple logo, and on the other hand, the metal screws kind of make it more rugged and military looking. I have a spare case, so maybe I'll paint those screws and see how they look on this case. I have more than enough flat white spray paint to do it. What about if I painted the screws green?
I peeled the sticker that was under the PSU, but totally didn't think about the sticker on the I/O Panel. So, no Kudos for me... I almost forgot to paint the I/O panel and the security lock. I've seen other painted cases where they left the panel and it just makes the case look terrible.
