I was bored and googled the OSx86 stuff to see if people have gave up on it or enhanced it. Well some hackers have found a neat way to emulate the EFI system so you can use a legit copy of OSX and even updates with out the run around.
You need a Intel motherboard and a solo or duo CPU and some even clam that the Celeron 420 works was well. From what I have read it is a major headache to set it up but once it's put together your PC is practically turned into mac. Best thing is it doesn't mess with the BIOS so you can revert back to vista or what ever if you get bored with OSX.
good stuff. I haven't looked into the osx86 stuff too much. Honestly, I would still buy a mac even if Mac OS X was opened up to run on any bios or mobo/processor.
