Not sure about the drivers. That might be a little bit tricky considering that it has a serial cable, which means that the manufacturer doesn't expect it to be used with Macs and thus probably doesn't make a Mac driver for it. You can play around with Mac drivers from various companies and hopefully eventually come across one that will work. If you post a picture of it, maybe someone will recognize it and be able to tell you the brand. Also, you may want to ask this guy or someone here for driver help if you can find out their contact info.
There are touch screen drivers from Xenarc, Elo, and other companies.
