ISP's are not allowed to filter traffic at all currently! Is it possible that Verizon is already cheating with regards to net neutrality?? I am guessing that is a negative. But, you can bet your pretty a$$ that if net neutrality is not supported by the next up and coming president that you will have alot more problems along these same lines. All the major carriers already have the technology in place for packet filtering which will allow for the blocking of BT and many other types of communication.
