What are the symptoms that make you think it's the power supply?

Well, after testing the power supply separately (I know it puts itself into standby mode without a load), and finding that it didn't even start to start up, then re-setting the PMU just to make sure... I HOPE it's the power supply.  No light at the power switch, even.  I don't know how to test it further.  I'm an experienced modder, but this power supply is a bit baffling to me.  If it COULD be something else, I'm open to suggestions!

try taking out the motherboard battery for a few minutes..  then put it back in and try to startup.

Is $132 a normal price for a power supply? That seems a little steep. But then again I am not in the market for one.

If you're selling a working one for $132, I'll take it!

I could match that I think. But I would have to ship across the Atlantic if you are stateside. There might be taxes to pay on top of that as well as shipping. Though I won't deliberately draw the attention of customs to it.
