did you use a 4" hole saw?

ehrm.i used my beloved DREMEL..so i can check my skills...and i ve done it..
ehrm..the hole @ the top was ugly so i had a very good trick:

i used a metal plate and dremeled a hole and sticked around foam in black and for finishing i putted between the metal@the top and the plasticTopPanel...

have u got a dremel?

i think overall it is probably a 7-8! i like the idea, idve used a different grill personally and maybe painted the inside of the mac that you can see just for a bit of a gimic!  and you know what would look really cool and ive just ordered one...............an led fan!!!!!!!!  ;-)  think i may look at doing this mod!

yeah..the inside..i think i will do a cover from wood..and paint it in UV green or in black or White...inside must be also done..

Looks good...I prefer the low key approach that I used for the overall design, but using a grill is a good idea (especially if you have curious animals around the house, like me...and they are learning a good lesson from it! LOL)
