TCPMeta MacModder Registered: 11/15/07 Posts: 1797 Loc: Florida, USA	I need to get my External DVD to wok in DVD Player in Tiger. I have found a few mods/hacks for it but they don't work. I think the current version of DVD Player i'm using is 4.6. I have found one mod that would work but it calls for DVD Player 3.2, anyone willing to pull out the old 10.3 discs and send me a copy of the DVD Player app? _________________________ To live is to let die

TCPMeta MacModder Registered: 11/15/07 Posts: 1797 Loc: Florida, USA	I'm using AMP. I forgot I changed the Pkginfo file as well. Basically I copied the DVD Player version.plist and added it to VLC. Heres the entry. <?xml version="1.0 encoding="UTF-8"?> <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "=//Apple computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList/List-1.0.dtd"> <plist version="1.0"> <dict> <key>BuildVersion</key> <string>11</string> <key>CFBundleShortVersionString</key> <string>4.6.5</string> <key>ProjectName</key> <string>DVDPlayer</string> <key>SourceVersion</key> <string>46500506</string> </dict> </plist> For the Pkginfo file I changed the entry to APPLcfbs This trick might also work for FrontRow.
