I bought a clear ATX case for my iCar project and ofcorse we all know macs don't line up to atx mounts. Well I took off the old ATX mounts and then put in the logicboard with a PCI card and a AGP card so the add-in card brakets lined up and used a few zip ties to hold the logicboard in place. I turned the case right side up and used a marker on the outside of the case. I marked the spots for the new mounts. I removed everything and then drilled the new holes. I installed the new mounts and droped in the logicboard and only two mounts line up and the rest are off enough that a screw can't fit.
If you ever do this with a clear ATX case do it the same way as any ATX mod, from the inside.
