Now that I have your attention, I want to take a moment to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday. Yeah, we all celebrate differing things but its all about spending time with each other. Have fun, relax, and be safe! See ya next year with some bangin new mods!

I'm a fended by the word holiday. It's Christmas...
I'm sick of stores and people that are afraid to say Merry Christmas. If people don't like saying Merry Christmas then they should celebrate it or be able to have the choice to save money on Christmas sales at the stores.

I'm trying to say is that people need to live with the fact that December is the month for Christmas, Hanuka or what ever religion that people believe in. We all know it's basically not like that anymore because we all hear about Santa and gift giving. To me when people hate christmas like the past 5 years then might as well start hating black history month. (Not being raciest, only other month long holiday I can think of.) Have to remember christmas is for fun, Goodwill toward men/women and let's family get together. Same goes with Hanuka, yea only a quarter of the U.S. celebrate it but it's pretty much the same thing when you get right down to it, it brings family and friends together.
I'm just lashing out on the world here about the stupidity of disliking "the holidays" and yet still put up trees and give/receive gifts and yet they get offended by the world christmas or icons that represent christmas, hanuka , rom'adom and quansza.
I see your point. I dont practice any religion. I do have Christmas, but not in the sense of the word. Its just an excuse to spend time with family and have a short break from work. Remember too, that Macmod is contributed by people all over the world, not just the US. There are many things to celebrate and "holiday" means vacation to many elsewhere. Since all of the holidays are over anyway, I guess we can kill this thread now.
