Can anyone suggest a good motherboard to use for this mod. I know I need a MAtx board. But can someone suggest one that will be easy to put in the case. Whare besides the I/O I don't have to modify the case or the motherboard. Thanks Larry

MicroATX and ITX boards will do. You can have a mobo that is fully loaded with I/O ports amd it should fit fine. Just have to add some mounts for the mobo and also don't forget to get a diffrent power supply and maybe a ATX power extension. Other then that that's all.
most of the people here use mac hardware inside their macs..
maybe try a place geared toward pc hardware.
Jesus christ, be nice already...
As for your mod Graphx, i have done the same thing but mine was in a B&W G3 case. The main thing you have to worry about is motherboard size and where the memory modules are positioned. If they stick out in a certain way, they will interfere with the CD bay and your side of the case will not close. I was lucky when i used a Dell motherboard on my mod. If you want some reference pics to look at, here is some info that might help you out. PC Mod 1, PC Mod 2, PC Mod 3.
What you need to do is check the layout of the motherboard against the layout of the case. More than likely you may need to cut the case in some way. People have put pc mbs in macs and they do fit if you find the right layout and you wont even need to do any cutting. Good luck.
No worries zen. If anyone knows that things people say are taken the wrong way its me. You are partially right, a PC mod site is probably better suited, but we know more about the cases.

I wasn't implying that you were insulting zenstate, it's just they way it came off when i read it. Plus the fact that i have had next to no sleep and such...
And i found out my links don't work due to my server crashing again. Damn G3 with OS 10.2.
