Yes, it can be a bit pricey to ship worldwide.  BUT, I did send a vid card to Austrailia for like 12 bucks.  It took longer, but that comes with the territory.  I would say if you want the best card, go with the ATI Radeon PCI.  It is the second fastest behind the 9200.  I sold one for 39 bucks on eBay so keep your eyes open.  Oh, and they are the rarest PCI Mac card, so it may take some time.  If not, the 7000 will fit the bill too.

this is good advice.  I recently bought a radeon 7000 on ebay for 18.99.  it was a flashed pc version with only vga but it works perfectly.

Hmmm, thanks for the heads-up.

It's a single-display only card 'tough. I would
really like to use another monitor on my Smurf
(and other puters to come), since I am now using
a 17" CRT display, which really is small, even
when using Desktop Manager.
Oh well, my desk is probably too small anyways,
so I'll just stick with the olde display.

I got my 64MB DDR Radeon 7000 PCI pretty cheap on ebay and it has VGA, S-video and DVI.
Despite it's age it is still good for the B&W G3 if one cannot get a Radeon 9200.
If you really need multiple monitors ether hold out for a multi-monitor 7000 or other Radeon or use both a single head Radeon series and Rage 128 together.
Just make sure you put the Radeon in the 66Mhz PCI slot (short one) because a 33Mhz PCI slot can really take down a Radeon... As I found out when swapping my Rev 2 B&W G3 mobo for a Sawtooth mobo. >_<

Wel, thanks or the support guys.
I gots me a RADEON 7000 on eBay
for €56 (pricey, I know) from Germany.
I am now happily ooperating a dual-head
Smurf!
The dual graphics cards do slow eachother down a little,
since they are on the same PCI bus...
Oh well.
Gonna try three-monitor setup in the near future.
Wish me luck!
