Is there a place where i can get a Powermac G4 board dated year 2000 repaired or tested. The one i bought might be broken or i'm not doing something right. this is the board from my G3 B&W to G4 mod

You might be able to persuade a friendly Apple authorised service centre to do that for you. They get parts cheaper if they have an identical part to exchange. There is an online seller called VIS in the UK. If you are elsewhere, you'll have to try Google. This search yields at least one place: "powermac g4 logic board exchange".
