Can this be done feasibly by someone who on a scale of 1-10 in computer mechanics is a n00b? I'm looking for a little bit more performance out my PowerBook, especially when it comes to gaming. If only there were something akin to ATiccelerator, but alas, no one has written an nVIDIAccelerator.

Unfortunately, there's no support for the Go5200 in Graphiccelerator... Yet. I emailed the developer with the ROM I dumped, and hopefully, he'll add support... Sometime... After all, it is the card (to my knowledge) that was used in all of the 12" PowerBook G4s.

As it turns out, according to the developer, ROM dumping and flashing with built-in video cards doesn't work. It has something to do with the dumped ROMs always being "corrupted."
