hi, only new to mac, but i'm really into the idea of modding, anyway i recently bought a second hand 600mhz ibook, i've seen people mod the case and such, but i wanted to know how to mod the sleeping led light to a different colour? i've seen pictures, but does anyone know how to do this? and if so, could you post a guide or direct me to one on the net?

There isn't really a guide for it but you can easyly open up the iBook and replace the LED. Just hunt down the owners/repair manual for a guide to open it up. The rest is simple no brainer electronics.
