Well you can just take the original jumper block and pull out the little contacts inside with tweezers and place them where you need them. Otherwise most people just use regular hard drive jumpers.
I use Hard drive jumpers, They are a little large but as long as the short the two pins its ok...

The staple idea might work better then trying to remove the pin connecters from the old jumper or use HD jumpers that are massive compaired to the pin size. I might just dig around in the garage and fine something that will work.
I once jumped my old iBook's hard drive with short pieces of wire. Cut about 1cm pieces of wire (not solid core wire, and don't strip them) and bend them in half, one end over each pin and your done.

Well I have OC my system. It's now running at 450MHz. I tryed to go to 500MHz but I got a few kernel panics. Shockingly the 50NHz jump has made this system faster. OSx boots a lot faster and Firefox loads up nicely.
I took some standard jumpers and pulled out the metal and then stuck in some Tin foil. This way it won't make the pin bend outward. I also taped the old jumper cap next to the logicboard so I won't lose it.

Thats a good idea. I had issues OC'ing mine past 400mhz due to it being a 300mhz machine. I always figured the safe line was a 50mhz jump, and 100mhz jump was pushing it on the B&W's. Anything faster, from my readings, typically caused Kernel panics. If you pushed yours to a 150mhz jump, bravo.
Glad your B&W is faster now.
