okay so i'm looking to hook up my g4 cube to a tv... i don't want to spend the money for a video card. i currently have an ati radeon 7500. does anyone know if these conectors work with macs...?
On the other hand, most of the converters i have seen, requires an external power supply… I guess you need a graphics card thats able to put out either ntsc, or pal “refresh-rates” (60/50hz as far as i recall). Like when you use the mini-vga adapter in ibook/imacs/emacs...

well it's not too much a problem... if i wanted good resolution i would keep it hooked up to a monitor. the cube will, for the most part, be run headless as a jukebox/media sever. the tv is just for maintenance purposes...
