Ok, so far I have only been asking questions about imac's etc. SCRATCH ALL THOSE PREVIOUS IDEAS OF MINE!
I have a new project that I am now concentrating on.
This is the idea that I hope will succeed.
I have loved the all-in-one ideas of Apple Computers Inc. Always have. Always will. But I though, what If you could have a great gaming Mac, like a PowerMac in an All-in-one design?
So, I started thinking, and I came up with this great idea.

1. Take out all eMac computer parts.

2. (Health-wise, If I am going to be sitting in front of this screen for hours, I though I don't want to get a head-ache/migraine from just sitting here do I? NO!) So,First, the eMac I know have, discharge and take out the CRT, replace with an LCD. (You get way-less head-aches from an LCD, this is the reason I bought an LCD TV for my parents on their marriage aniversary.)

3. For step three, you will need a PowerMac G4, 1GB-1.5GB Ram, G4 Processor running at 1.8GHZ (to get this, you need the G-Celerator G4/1.8 Dual AGP 7A (7AD-1418U) processor upgrade from http://www.everymac.com/upgrade_cards/gigadesigns/g_celerator/g_celerator_g4_1.8d_agp_7a.html
and the rest of the Powermac PC.

4. This is going to be running pretty fast, so I thought some extra cooling would be in order, so probably liquid cooling would be the way to go. Figure it out amongst yourselves.

5. Now to be able to play some good games, I thought a Super drive, or at least a combo drive, to replace the original eMac CD drive. (Or keep it, either one).

6. PC Running Mac OS X 10.4.2 would be a good thing.

NOW I AM GOING TO NEED A LOT OF HELP WITH THIS PROJECT, AND I AM GOING TO STICK WITH THIS PROJECT, UNTIL I AM FINISHED. ALL YOUR HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Actually, You would only need a Giga Designs: G-Celerator G4/1.8 AGP 7A (7A-1418U) Specs
processor upgrade instead of the other one that is above.

That sounds like a cool idea. You are going to need a small motherboard (cube or mini). I think you can air cool it and it should be fine.
I would start by making a parts and price list. Thats what I do. Then plan the conversion, every step of it. That way you are prepared
for anything that comes up. Do a mod list too. That should get you started. Post any specific questions you have and we will help you out

the thought of a powermac inside a body like that is awesome
but anything bigger than a Cube won't happen

It could fit into the eMac case, it aint impossible!

Hey, If a full size PC will fit in an iMac case, (which is smaller than the eMac), why cant a PowerMac fit in an eMac case?

i was thinking imac G4 bodies, not G3 or emac styled casing, my bad!
cooling would be a big thing to consider, PM's are notorious for heat!

What would you reccomend for cooling in the emac case? Liquid cooling?

Im not sure liquid cooling would fit. I would lap the heatsink and add an extra case fan.
Oh and use artic silver compound.
