Does anyone know if it's possible to convert an old Wallstreet G3 powerbook screen into an external display? I have a use for the display but my application will not run on the machine (too slow). Any help is appreciated.

People have been trying to convert laptop based LCDs for a while. Thing is all of the hardware needed it built into the motherboard. Some people have bought the parts to do it but end up spending like 700 bucks or more. Just buy a desktop LCD and forget that other LCD.
