There is not a single thing that I am going to like about Vista and thus have no intention of upgrading. Fisher Price XP was bad enough, but good gravy, look at what Word is going to look like! I even like Word, and look at what they have done!
emulation is flattery, and we should be flattered that microsoft is trying to copy us dont get me wrong, im not excited about their half-a$$ed attempt amd modeling an OSX rip-off if they're going to try and copy what OSX has done right, then they need to do it right, too.

Vista looks nothing like Mac OS X. Just like XP with more eyecandy. Besides Apple copied a lot of GUI effects from some Linux and BSD window managers.
I've tryed Vista, looks alright they could of left out some of the eyecandy. Makes the damn OS suck up memory like no tomorrow. It's highly unstable, ofcorse it's beta build. It ran fast on my PC but yet it would take a while to load device manager and the control panel. Everything else ran quick. It would get a blue screen of death or automaticly reboot after a hour.
I hate MS as much as the next person. I wish Linux or some other OS can blow them out of the water.
