Earlier I posted the non working g3 I got yesterday. Well, good news, it works!
I put a Toshiba Combo drive in it and an 80gig Maxtor, 256MB or Ram and fired it up. Keep watch, I will have an overclocking mod guide on it. Thanks mom!

I'm most amazed by the fact that you still have Apple Design 2(?) Keyboard wink

Yah, that is from my modded 7600. As you can see its white as was the case. But luckily for me, it hooks up to the g3! Its the only other keyboard I have. Its really just for testing. I will get a new keyboard and mouse soon. Did you see my old ass Multi scan. It still works, although its a little glitchy.

That is actually a 660 a/v, I am saving it for my PC mod. I know its a PC, but with both think of all the stuff I can do (I have been reading "Steal This Computer Book" and "Steal This File Sharing Book" as of late. Not for anything sinister, for good

seeing as the Quadra 660 was only 25 mhz i don't think you'll take any heat for putting it to rest.

Well, after 3 hrs. of software and hardware recouping, I got the g3 working again-I kerneled after my second startup. Put it is all go. I got a fan for my cpu sink so that I can begin overclocking. Anyone know what other heatsinks fit this cpu>
