Well I'd like to extend my personal congrats to Joseph and his i-tablet mod. Not only does it impress the hell out of me, it seems to be making waves across the net as well. Engadget and Macbyteshas picked up the story. I think we'll see even more sites take notice throughout the day. Who knows, if Steve is paying attention we may be our i-tablet after all

I was at work and coffee came out of my nose, because I saw the iTablet on one of my usual gadget sites, Engadget. Very hot coffee. It really hurt, but anyways I 'm proud of photoworkplace's work, and the praise is well deserved. Good job again!
I think this man deserves some sort of prize, like a mug....

Hey people Microsoft was nice enough to drop me a line But I haven't heard from Mr. Jobs yet I really am taken by surprise by all the intrest I'm just a Dyslexic with a Dremel.
Just someone saying job well done It would benefit the Tablet community as a whole if Apple got in the game. I think the pie would get bigger not smaller

I want to see this response you got from Microsoft. I'm pretty sure everyone that has read this thread up to this point will agree, we want to see how far this goes.
Joseph, that's an amazing mod! I can't express how impressed I am. My school is based around computers, unfortunately mostly windows tablets, and as my Ti is getting pretty old and I really like the versatility of tablets I was (I know its awful) thinkin of getting a tablet. But looks like once I can get the money (dreaming here) for the lcd and stuff I'm gonna try this. Keep up the good work.
You're going to have to forgive me but a school based around computers, and most of them are Tablets, is nothing to complain about. Let's not forget that they are just tools. It is what they allow us to do that makes the difference. You know if you walk around talking about how great your hammer is or how yours is better than someone else's no one ever gets around to building the house. We're here to get the house built. What school do you go to anyway?
