I found this great 5.25 inch storage bay/junk drawer for a tower over at Engadget. Not the most visually appealing thing in the world, but quite useful. Could be easily modded with a custom front. Would be a great addition to any old or new machine.
I saw something similar, I think its made by thermaltake, but I could be wrong. It is a cupholder that pops out (not a drawer) and its spring loaded. Next to the cupholder is a car cigarette lighter socket that can power things such as cell phone chargers or iPod accessories. It's somwhere around on Xoxide.com
