I got mine from moving a piano I didn't want to be moving. Now, too much mouse makes it worse, but I've got some very useful info from my osteopath to do with massage of the forearm, and that has helped a great deal - the pain is at the wrist, but the actual problam is with muscles and tendons much nearer the elbow, which benefit from increasing blood flow through massage.
