I wouldn't want to offend you, but why would a 12 year old want to hang with a bunch of old foggies? Don't you know of any young friends who belong to social forum's similar to this "Stan's Lounge" that you would find more in common with and things to talk about.
I know a couple of us are 73 yrs old. I wracked my brain trying to thin of a participant who might be 30 years old. I'm not sure we even have any under 40* yrs old? I wonder what the average age would be of our membership? [I have grandchildren older than you.]
Don't go away, if you think this place is for you. We do have Macintosh in common, but I can't think of much else. I'm into totally different music tastes than yours.
