Foo Fighters = pretty awesome, and pretty steadfast.

Saw them on Austin City Limits a couple weeks ago (Show originally broadcast in Jan 2009). It was fun seeing Pat Smear playing with them again for a little bit.

I think ol' Phos meant those moments, when the song seems to hit you right on the spot as if it was made and performed exactly for you alone and/or straight out of your life and stuff like that.

Fun fact: I found The Police when I was about five years old. My uncle had taught me how to use his vinyl turntable and I also knew how to read somehow already. So I notice on the back of this one album 'The Police' (remember, English is not my native tongue, and I definitely didn't know any of it back then then, well, the Finnish word for 'police' - 'poliisi' is pretty close...) anyways, I took the album out and laid it carefully on the turntable and put on the headphones. I was sold to that band ever since, still consider them my all time favorite. And the album in question? 'Ghost in the Machine'.

Hear, hear! This does have the makings of one, but time will tell...that thread was just epic.
