If Apple would pay better they wouldn't have that problem. For example the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, the average salary is about $10/hr, $21,000 a year. Here in Columbus it's $12/hr, $24,000. Those seem to be the national norms.
It makes me wonder about the knowledge of the employees who will work for that rate. I'm sure they know more than the average user, but my guess is most people here know more than they do.
Yep those numbers are about right for sales floor staff , not sure if they get commissions , most likely not since Apple don't like to pay that .
The average store manager is 40 to 45K for a single story store, now the flagship stores they get 55 to 65K or there about from what I heard ? There is a formula something like Store total square footage = XXX employees = Managers work load .
